Chase and his father are storm runners – they crisscross the country following natural disasters. Just as a monster hurricane is about to hit, the father and son team arrive at the winter headquarters of a small family circus. Returning from school, Chase's bus is swept into a raging river. With the bus driver dead, its up to Chase and his two school mates to make it back home safely. Will they be able to do it?
